I don't have a story to share with you about being the child that always had a camera attached to her side - instead, my passion for photography developed a little bit later in life, starting in about 2008. I quickly began to understand the meaning of a photograph as my husband and I geared up for his deployment to Afghanistan - I became obsessed with documenting every waking moment together and through that, my love of photography started. Our little family has since grown by two feet and with this milestone, I have attempted to capture every waking (and sleeping) moment of our child's life. What I love most about a picture, is how it can capture a moment in time and depict a level of emotion that simply cannot be captured by words. This passion and love for photographs is what I would like to share with you.
