This weekend I had the pleasure of celebrating with this newly engaged couple - Lyle and Miranda! I met Miranda through a support network for military girlfriends and spouses - and I can honestly say that I've never met a stronger or more supportive group of ladies. Congratulations you two and you will be in my thoughts and prayers as you make this next step and as Lyle prepares for a possible tour.

Michael & Jacquelyn - Edmonton Engagement Photography

I met Michael, a friend of my husband's shortly after my husband deployed to Afghanistan; he was one of the many soldiers that geared up and got excited to go on tour and were stood down when the time came to go. With his disappointment about not going on tour, we would often talk about how things happen for a reason and sure enough, he soon found out why he didn't deploy that fall as he met the love of his life, Jacquelyn, just months later.
